The Samsung Galaxy S smartphones have achieved a milestone of sorts after revealing that they have shipped a total of 1 million Galaxy S smartphones in the U.S. Easily among the more popular Android smartphones available today, this was officially announced by Samsung themselves.
Among the features of the Samsung Galaxy S include a 1GHz processor and a 4″ Super AMOLED WVGA display with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels. It runs on Android 2.1 and also comes with a 5MP camera.
Other features include A-GPS, Bluetooth 3.0, USB 2.0, integrated 802.11 b/g/n WiFi and a microSD card slot which can take up to 32GB cards.
