The said tablet can reportedly be used as a handset or a tablet PC which should give the Dell Streak some competition. Nothing much has been divulged for now and sources say that Acer is contemplating on using either a Qualcomm Snapdragon or NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor to back it up.

Further, sources also reveal that the said tablet will come out initially with a Windows 7 model to see how it will fare in the market.
