Lenovo Tablet Running on Android Honeycomb?

It looks like Lenovo’s first Android tablet for the U.S. will run on Android 3.0 (Honeycomb). This means that until this Android OS version comes out, Lenovo is holding back its first Android tablet for the U.S.

The reason behind this seems to be questions regarding the stability of the Android 2.2 OS for tablets. Hence, if Lenovo is indeed waiting for the next Android version, then the tablet will most likely come out by the Summer of 2011.

By then, the market will be crowded with tablets from RIM, Motorola, Samsung, HTC, Acer, and possibly with new iPads, too.
