While we all know that the Google Nexus One has had its share of qualms as far as users concerned, some folks are now suing the search engine giant after reportedly tricking them into buying the said phone but were not attainable.
This is of course with reference to the 3G connectivity issues, which according to Nexus One owners were never really given the proper focus to let this connectivity option deliver the highlighted feature. Hence, a class action lawsuit has been filed against Google. Will it stick?
