Android Hack – How to Install Windows 3.1 on your Android Phone!

Yesterday, I stumbled onto a cool hack where this guy has supposedly found a way to run Windows 3.1 on his Droid smartphone. ?Upon closer investigation, I found out that you can indeed install Windows 3.1 running on top of an Android app called DosBox. (See here for full instructions)

Demo of Firefox on Nexus One! [Video]

Well, Firefox for Android is now available as beta under “Firefox Fennec”. ?I’ve downloaded last night and have been playing with it. ?Overall, it performs pretty fast, there’s still room for more improvements such as “pinch-and-zoom” are not supported yet.

Definitely though, there’s some positives for the Firefox Fennec as it has tabbed bro

Droid Hack – How to Install Thai Font on Droid!

I know this is a blog about Nexus One but today I installed Thai font for one of my Thai friends who wanted to view and type Thai on their Droid.

It took me about an hour to do it and it’s rather simple but let me guide you step-by-step as some of the steps required additional hacking on my part.
